南女士于2001年4月加入清科，现为公司董事总经理，负责公司融资顾问业务。南女士在行业研究及企业评估以及风险投资领域具有丰富经验。她曾任国家计委《中国经济导报》编辑、记者，ChinaVest中国创业投资有限公司投资分析员，直接参与风险投资运作的各个环节，熟悉风险投资公司的运作方式。她曾是《2001年中国创业投资年度研究报告》、《2002年中国创业投资中期报告》、《2002年中国创业投资年度报告》、《2003年中国战略型创业投资指南》和《2003年中外合资创业投资机构（基金）研究报告》等专业研究报告的撰写组织者与主要的撰稿人。这些报告为业界提供了具有重要参考价值的行业数据和分析，是对目前整体行业状况的完整与深入的透视。2005年，她主管清科融资顾问业务以来，她和她领导的团队帮助近10家中国高科技企业融资4000多万美元。
南女士拥有清华大学－麻省理工学院国际工商管理硕士（IMBA）学位。

Mary joined Zero2IPO in early of 2001. She is now in charge of Zero2IPO's Financial Advisory Service(FAS). Before joining Zero2IPO, she worked for ChinaVest, a renowned VC in Greater China Region as investment analyst and accumulated rich experiences in deal screening, deal structuring, industry research and got deep understanding of the operation system of China Venture Capital industry. Before that she had been the chief editor and chief reporter for China Science and Technology Information Magazine and for China Economic Herald Daily. As a journalist, she Interviewed many world famous economists such as Joseph Stiglitz, Vice Chairman of World Bank. Mary has a broad knowledge on China venture capital market. In 2005, she leaded the FAS team and helped about 10 hi-growth companies raised about US$40M new funding.
She got her an International MBA of the MIT-Tsinghua Joint MBA Program from Tsinghua University.
